All of our wines are produced exclusively from grapes grown on our vineyard. Discover our unique and authentic wines!
Our white wines
Sauvignon
Very fine, elegant white wine with wonderful note of Mediterranean fruits, grapefruit, lemon peel, and delicate tangerine flavour. Pleasant and invigorating – a pleasure to drink. We recommend that you use large glasses and let the wine breathe after pouring it before tasting the wine.
Ageing: stainless steel and large wooden barrel

Sauvignon Exclusiv
This Sauvignon Blanc is the expression of premium quality. Its unique notes of elderberry and sweet lime are accompanied by striking aromas of aromatic plants. It is juicy and racy, with a beguiling harmony of flavours that is extremely compelling. A long, enjoyable finish makes it a real pleasure to drink.
Wine: fermentation and ageing in temperature-controlled wooden barrels
Optimal drinking temperature: 12° C, large glasses are recommended

Riesling
The splendid and rich fruit aromas immediately create great expectations: its elegant and balanced acidity lends a juicy crispness, which is complemented by a delicate and elegant zestiness that offers real drinking pleasure. Its lovely length and persistent finish speak to the extraordinary ripeness of the grapes.
Wine: fermentation at a low temperature and ageing in steel tanks and/or in wooden barrels in its own yeast

“Nörder” Cuvèe Blanc
The white Cuvée combines the Sauvignon, Riesling, and Pinot Blanc. The grapes ripened on the steep slopes of the Plonerhof estate in Marlengo/Marling. Afterwards, maturing in large wooden barrels, where the wine acquires its character, fullness, and elegance. The minerality and fantastic length has inspired many wine experts and laymen alike.
Ageing: After fermentation, the 3 varieties are combined in a large wooden barrel, where they are stored to develop with the fine yeast and age

Solaris
This purely organic white wine impresses with a full body, an elegant acidity, and a unique aroma, reminiscent of pine apple, white peach, mountain apple, and fragrant herbs. Brace yourself for a fruity, spicy experience with a highly satisfying finish.

Our red wines
Pinot Noir
Captivating red wine with delicate fruitiness, fine aromas of spicy forest berries and red cherries and a hint of toasty undertones. A drinking experience that is both persuasive and unforgettable, accompanied by velvety richness and finesse.
Ageing: in small and large oak barrels
Optimal drinking temperature: 16° C
Shelf life: 7 or more years
Pinot Noir Exclusiv
Fine bouquet, accompanied by the scent of roses. Harmonious deep aromas, ripe cherry and strawberry. Based on soft, velvety tannins, paired with mildly invigorating acidity, this Burgundy has a substantial length and a lasting finish. A symphony of greatness and elegance – a truly wonderful experience. The Pinot Noir Exclusiv is only available in limited quantities.
Ageing: Ageing for 24 months in small and medium-sized oak barrels, additionally refined by bottle ageing for several months after filling.

Red Cuvée
Undoubtably, the Red Cuvée owes its special character to the complex aromas of red berries which it releases. Concentrated fruit notes, with a good balance between tannin and acidity, and its refreshing style, guarantee for a wonderful drinking experience.

Optimal drinking temperature: 17° C

Our dessert wines
Muscato Rosa Rosea
A fine dessert wine made from varieties of the old, local grape variety, Moscato Rosa. Captivating aromas of roses, mouth-filling and velvety, intense flavours with a fine and subtle residual sweetness.
Ageing: fermentation at a low temperature and ageing in steel tanks in its own yeast. The grapes are slightly dried (partly on the vines, partly on racks) and then vinified around November or December. The low fermentation temperature results in extraordinary aromas.

Yellow Muscat Nobless’
Fine dessert wine made from varieties of the old local grape variety, Yellow Muscat. Enchanting floral nectar and honey scents, full-bodied and elegant, with a pleasant residual sweetness.
Ageing: fermentation at a low temperature and ageing in steel tanks in its own yeast
Optimal drinking temperature: 10° C
Shelf life: 5 or more years

Our sparkling wine
Sparkling wine Marell brut
The sparkling wine captivates with its very delicate, fine perlage, and its lively bright yellow-green colour. It allures with its elegant fruity notes, leaving a long, fine finish. Varietal composition: 60% Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, pressed white. Traditional bottle fermentation, at least 24 months.
